Block Paddy Power with Fold’em
- Get Fold’em and finish setup. Setup asks you to turn on site blocking and to check your phone for gambling apps, and you can do either later in the Lock tab.
- Turn on site blocking. If you skipped it in setup, tap the pill on Lock, then Sites, then Set up, and Fold’em walks you through the four taps in Settings. While it is on, the Sites page counts the gambling sites blocked in every browser and app.
- Add the app. Tap the pill on Lock, then Apps, then Add apps, and pick Paddy Power in Apple’s picker.
What Fold’em covers, layer by layer
One site for Paddy Power, measured on 1 September 2026 against the list Fold’em hands to Screen Time and the live resolver at dns.foldem.app.

In Safari, and in the app
On 1 September 2026 the web shield’s resolver, dns.foldem.app, answered paddypower.com with 0.0.0.0, the address for nowhere, so that page never loads in Safari, in Chrome, in Firefox or inside any other app on this phone. Switch the DNS setting off and every answer for paddypower.com is a real address again, so the setting is half of what makes this true.
The list Fold’em hands to Screen Time is ten domains long and no Paddy Power domain is on it, so that layer adds nothing here. In a browser Paddy Power is covered by the web shield above, and by nothing else.
Fold’em’s own block screen is a third thing and it is neither of the first two: it lands over the apps you chose, over a website you added in Apple’s picker and over the Games category if you turned Games on, and a Lockdown run you start can close every app except Phone and the ones you keep.
Their own self exclusion tools
Paddy Power appears on the Gamstop register four times over, under PPB Counterparty Services, PPB Entertainment, PPB Games and TSE Malta. Gamstop's own page sets out the mechanism in four steps: you register, they verify your identity and add you to the register, an operator checks that register when anyone tries to use an account, and the operator is told to block you. The period is yours to choose, from 6 months up to 5 years, and it can be set to renew by itself.
Paddy Power's own safer gambling page returned a restriction notice to this machine on 2 September 2026, so its in account limits are not described here.
Fold’em is the layer that does not depend on an operator checking anything. It holds paddypower.com and the Paddy Power app on this iPhone, and it keeps holding them whether a register was ever consulted.

What this does not do
Fold’em runs on this iPhone and nowhere else: it does not reach a second phone, a laptop, a shop or cash, and it cannot stop an account being opened. This page says nothing about any Paddy Power domain it did not measure. The resolver's list is compiled from public gambling lists that change, so 1 September 2026 is the bound on every answer on this page.
