Contact
Email support@foldem.app. A person reads it, and we answer within two working days. There is no form and no chat, on purpose: a question about a block you cannot switch off deserves a reply from someone who read the whole message.
What to include
Five lines answer most questions outright, so the first reply is the useful one instead of a request for more.
- Your iPhone model and your iOS version, both in Settings, General, About.
- What the Shield tab shows: the word under WEB and the number under APPS.
- The day and the time it happened, and your time zone.
- A screenshot of the tile or the row you are asking about.
- Whether a keyholder is involved, and their first name only.
- Whether Screen Time permission shows as on in Settings, which is what the Shield tab's apps tile reports.
If you hold someone's key
Say the status word on your Wallet pass and the first name printed on it. That pair is enough to find the arrangement. You need no app and no account to write in, and you do not need theirs.
What to leave out
No passwords and no Screen Time passcode. No card numbers: Apple bills every plan, so a refund is Apple's to give and nobody here can see your payment. No full name, address or phone number for the person whose key you hold, or who holds yours. If a screenshot carries any of that, crop it first.
What happens after you write
Mail to support@foldem.app is forwarded to a person's inbox, so the reply arrives from a different address; if two working days pass with nothing, look in your spam folder. support@foldem.app and hello@foldem.app are the only two addresses at foldem.app that reach anyone, and mail to any other one bounces.
One thing support cannot do is approve an early exit. An approval only happens in person, by scanning the code on your keyholder's Wallet pass, and there is no remote route to it for anyone. If what you need is out sooner, the honest answer is on How do I leave early?
