Block Hard Rock Bet with Fold’em
- Get Fold’em and finish setup. Setup asks you to turn on site blocking and to check your phone for gambling apps, and you can do either later in the Lock tab.
- Add the app. Tap the pill on Lock, then Apps, then Add apps, and pick Hard Rock Bet in Apple’s picker.

In Safari, and in the app
On 1 September 2026 the web shield’s resolver, dns.foldem.app, did not cover hardrock.bet and app.hardrock.bet: those names answered with a real address. Turning that setting on would not change these answers, so on this operator the web shield is not the layer that holds. The Sites page still counts its blocked sites while the setting is on, and it still covers everything else on the resolver's list.
Screen Time is handed a ten site list of its own, and hardrock.bet is on it. That is a different layer with a different picture: it reaches Safari and no other browser, and what Safari puts on the screen is Apple's own restricted site page rather than Fold’em’s block screen.
Fold’em’s own block screen is a third thing and it is neither of the first two: it lands over the apps you chose, over a website you added in Apple’s picker and over the Games category if you turned Games on, and a Lockdown run you start can close every app except Phone and the ones you keep.
Their own self exclusion tools
Hard Rock Bet's own App Store listing was the only page about its tools that this machine could read on 2 September 2026, because hardrock.bet refused every connection. The listing states that the app includes tools to help you stay in control, with options to set limits, take a break, or get support. It gives helplines by state, among them 1-833-PLAYWISE in Florida and 1-800-9-WITH-IT in Indiana.
It names no lengths for a limit or a break, so none are stated here.
Whatever those tools turn out to be, all of them live inside the Hard Rock Bet account and are set by the person holding it. Fold’em sits outside that account entirely, covering the Hard Rock Bet app on this iPhone once you choose it in Apple's picker (the web shield's resolver answered hardrock.bet with a real address when measured, so the site is not held by it), so it still stands on a day the account is open.

What this does not do
Fold’em runs on this iPhone and nowhere else: it does not reach a second phone, a laptop, a shop or cash, and it cannot stop an account being opened. This page says nothing about any Hard Rock Bet domain it did not measure. The web shield does not cover hardrock.bet and app.hardrock.bet, which answered with a real address on 1 September 2026. The resolver's list is compiled from public gambling lists that change, so 1 September 2026 is the bound on every answer on this page.
