Block MyBookie on iPhone

Fold’em blocks mybookie.ag in every browser on your iPhone while the web shield is on.

Fold’em is an app that blocks gambling apps and betting sites on one iPhone, and it has no end date: protection runs until it is ended.

Block MyBookie with Fold’em

  1. Get Fold’em and finish setup. Setup asks you to turn on site blocking and to check your phone for gambling apps, and you can do either later in the Lock tab.
  2. Turn on site blocking. If you skipped it in setup, tap the pill on Lock, then Sites, then Set up, and Fold’em walks you through the four taps in Settings. While it is on, the Sites page counts the gambling sites blocked in every browser and app.
  3. Add any MyBookie app on your phone. Tap the pill on Lock, then Apps, then Add apps, and pick it in Apple’s picker.

What Fold’em covers, layer by layer

One site for MyBookie, measured on 1 September 2026 against the list Fold’em hands to Screen Time and the live resolver at dns.foldem.app.

In Safari, and in the app

On 1 September 2026 the web shield’s resolver, dns.foldem.app, answered mybookie.ag with 0.0.0.0, the address for nowhere, so that page never loads in Safari, in Chrome, in Firefox or inside any other app on this phone. Switch the DNS setting off and every answer for mybookie.ag is a real address again, so the setting is half of what makes this true.

The list Fold’em hands to Screen Time is ten domains long and no MyBookie domain is on it, so that layer adds nothing here. In a browser MyBookie is covered by the web shield above, and by nothing else.

Fold’em’s own block screen is a third thing and it is neither of the first two: it lands over the apps you chose, over a website you added in Apple’s picker and over the Games category if you turned Games on, and a Lockdown run you start can close every app except Phone and the ones you keep. This measurement names no MyBookie app on the App Store. If one is on your phone you can still block it, because the picker reaches any installed app. Once you turn Games on, a new install the App Store files under Games is blocked too.

Their own self exclusion tools

MyBookie routes its controls through customer service rather than a settings screen. Its responsible gaming page lists deposit limits, cool offs, self exclusion and account closure, and says to reach every one of them through live chat or email. A time out runs from 24 hours to 6 months, starts once customer service has acknowledged it, and cannot be changed after that. Self exclusion cannot be overridden once authorized, and the page states that a claim of a gambling problem may result in a permanent disablement of the account.

The wait for a person to answer is the part worth reading twice. Every one of those tools begins when the operator acts, not when you decide.

Fold’em does not wait for MyBookie. Once the web shield is on, mybookie.ag stops loading on this iPhone, and it stands whether or not a message was ever sent.

How the web shield stops a betting site A browser asks for a betting address. The question goes to dns.foldem.app, the resolver you set once on the phone. The resolver answers 0.0.0.0, the address for nowhere, so the page never loads and the site itself is never reached. There is no tunnel, and the resolver sees the names your phone looks up, never the pages you open. It blocks known gambling domains across every browser on this phone. THE RESOLVER, FOR EVERY APP mybookie.ag where? 0.0.0.0 dns.foldem.app one setting Never reached The page never loads 0.0.0.0 is the address for nowhere. No tunnel. It sees the names your phone looks up, never the pages you open.
Every lookup on the phone goes to dns.foldem.app, which answers a betting domain with 0.0.0.0, the address for nowhere, so the page never loads. There is no tunnel, and it blocks known gambling domains across every browser on this phone.

What this does not do

Fold’em runs on this iPhone and nowhere else: it does not reach a second phone, a laptop, a shop or cash, and it cannot stop an account being opened. This page says nothing about any MyBookie domain it did not measure. The resolver's list is compiled from public gambling lists that change, so 1 September 2026 is the bound on every answer on this page.
