Block Chumba Casino on iPhone

Fold’em blocks chumbacasino.com in every browser on your iPhone while the web shield is on, and the Chumba Casino app once you choose it in Apple’s picker.

Fold’em is an app that blocks gambling apps and betting sites on one iPhone, and it has no end date: protection runs until it is ended.

Block Chumba Casino with Fold’em

  1. Get Fold’em and finish setup. Setup asks you to turn on site blocking and to check your phone for gambling apps, and you can do either later in the Lock tab.
  2. Turn on site blocking. If you skipped it in setup, tap the pill on Lock, then Sites, then Set up, and Fold’em walks you through the four taps in Settings. While it is on, the Sites page counts the gambling sites blocked in every browser and app.
  3. Add the app. Tap the pill on Lock, then Apps, then Add apps, and pick Chumba Casino in Apple’s picker.

What Fold’em covers, layer by layer

Two sites, measured on 1 September 2026 against the list Fold’em hands to Screen Time and the live resolver at dns.foldem.app.

In Safari, and in the app

On 1 September 2026 the web shield’s resolver, dns.foldem.app, answered chumbacasino.com with 0.0.0.0, the address for nowhere, so that page never loads in Safari, in Chrome, in Firefox or inside any other app on this phone. Switch the DNS setting off and every answer for chumbacasino.com is a real address again, so the setting is half of what makes this true.

The list Fold’em hands to Screen Time is ten domains long and no Chumba Casino domain is on it, so that layer adds nothing here. In a browser Chumba Casino is covered by the web shield above, and by nothing else.

Fold’em’s own block screen is a third thing and it is neither of the first two: it lands over the apps you chose, over a website you added in Apple’s picker and over the Games category if you turned Games on, and a Lockdown run you start can close every app except Phone and the ones you keep.

This page also covers LuckyLand Slots, part of the same brand. Its apps and its sites are rows in the table above, measured the same day and by the same three layers.

Their own self exclusion tools

As their responsible social gameplay page read on 1 December 2021, Chumba Casino ran its controls through a form rather than a settings screen. A daily cap on how many Gold Coins can be purchased is asked for through the Contact Us link, under Responsible Gaming Options, by picking Request Limiting Purchases. A Session Reminder interrupts play every hour and states how long the session has run.

Self exclusion came in three shapes on that page. It could be set before any account exists, by emailing selfexclude@chumbacasino.com with a name, address, email address and age. It could be taken for a definite period picked from the same form, or indefinitely, and either way a written request to lift it took effect only 7 days after Chumba received it. Tightening a limit applied at once, while loosening or removing one waited 5 days. Fold’em holds a different thing entirely: the form and the account are theirs, the phone is ours.

How the web shield stops a betting site A browser asks for a betting address. The question goes to dns.foldem.app, the resolver you set once on the phone. The resolver answers 0.0.0.0, the address for nowhere, so the page never loads and the site itself is never reached. There is no tunnel, and the resolver sees the names your phone looks up, never the pages you open. It blocks known gambling domains across every browser on this phone. THE RESOLVER, FOR EVERY APP chumbacasino.com where? 0.0.0.0 dns.foldem.app one setting Never reached The page never loads 0.0.0.0 is the address for nowhere. No tunnel. It sees the names your phone looks up, never the pages you open.
Every lookup on the phone goes to dns.foldem.app, which answers a betting domain with 0.0.0.0, the address for nowhere, so the page never loads. There is no tunnel, and it blocks known gambling domains across every browser on this phone.

What this does not do

Fold’em runs on this iPhone and nowhere else: it does not reach a second phone, a laptop, a shop or cash, and it cannot stop an account being opened. This page says nothing about any Chumba Casino domain it did not measure. The resolver's list is compiled from public gambling lists that change, so 1 September 2026 is the bound on every answer on this page.
